Red And Gold Sustainable Eco Bangle
We have crafted this red and gold sustainable eco bangle with microplastics by re using small pieces of white and red plastics cleared off local beaches.
Encased in clear resin, both the plastic pieces and small shells swim in swirls of red and gold dye, along with tiny flakes of gold leaf.
In the case of this bangle, we have produced a piece of jewellery which showcases marine plastic pollution in an unconventional way. Dressed up as a fashionable piece of wearable art, this is our creative approach to an ugly issue.
A Red And Gold Sustainable Eco Bangle Carrying An Environmental Message.
Incorporating a range of discarded pieces of plastic, this bangle showcases man made sea debris waste.
Hand collected by both volunteers and recreational dive groups, the man made marine debris has been featured as a deliberate environmental statement.
Did you know? 8 million tons of plastic goes into our oceans, waterways and also our beaches every year? Here are a few facts about these plastic wastes
Care of your bangle
Our resin doesn’t yellow over time, but to keep your bangle in excellent condition, we send you your bangle in its own bag so it can be stored in a dark, dry place when not being worn.
To clean your bangle, simply wipe it over with a soft cloth.
